Gary Colclough, Anne Eggebert, Joel Tomlin, Paul Kindersley,
Freya Douglas-Morris, Cathy Lomax, Alli Sharma, Katherine Tulloh
Working at a distance from her subject - either through a reconstruction of digital material sent from elsewhere on the globe, or held at bay by the very nature of things - Eggebert attempts to test the imagining and representation of place. Using teletechnologies, photography, video and drawing she explores how we describe landscape in the 21 st century, the age of post-mobility.
Eggebert studied at Central Saint Martins and the Slade, UCL. She is currently showing in Altered Sequence at E:vent (until 18 Oct 2009) - this exhibition also includes work by Eggebert-and-Gould (the name under which she with she regularly collaborates with Polly Gould). Eggebert is also showing Folly at Valentines Mansion, Ilford, (until 25 Oct 2009) in collaboration with Sarah Cole.
