Strange & Romantic
Strange & Romantic has been inspired by the life of Harriet Fox Strangeways (1750-1815), a portrait of whom hangs at The National Trust's Killerton House, Devon, painted by Joshua Reynolds at the time of her marriage to John Dyke Acland. Fox Strangeways was known for travelling with her husband and then caring for him when he was captured during the American war of independence. This issue of The Collector was produced alongside the exhibition Strange & Romantic at Exeter Phoenix, Cafe Gallery, 13 May - 1 July, 2017.

The Collector: Issue 11
Palm Life
Palm Life is inspired by relocation. Re-settling in a new place might prompt us to notice the things that long term residents now take for granted, perhaps they no longer notice the things that symbolize the place in which they live. Palm Life presents a collection of personal photographs of palm trees. Nostalgic, quirky and all shapes and sizes.
A6, 8 pages, black & white.
Polaroid photograph inside each issue with either white, silver or gold surround.
