Information

Transition is an independent gallery and publisher founded by artist Cathy Lomax in east London in October 2002.

The gallery shows work by both emerging and established contemporary artists as well as producing publications and periodicals. In 2018 the gallery beacame Transition Two.

In April 2020 we moved out of our space in Lauriston Road, E9. We will continue to curate off-site exhibitions and publish magazines and hope to have a physical space again soon.
